We may disclose consumer health data if we are required by law, court order, or lawful government request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Fitra360, our users, or the public. Where legally permitted, we will notify you of such requests.
If Fitra360 is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your consumer health data may be transferred to the successor entity. You will be notified in advance and, where required by law, asked for fresh consent.
