## Frequently asked questions

How do I create an account? Download Fitra360 from the App Store or Google Play, open the app, and tap Sign Up. You will need a valid email address and must be 18 or older.

How do I upload my DNA file? Fitra360 accepts raw DNA files from 23andMe, AncestryDNA, MyHeritage, and most other consumer genetic testing services. Open the app, go to Profile, and tap Upload DNA. Select the raw data file from your device.

How do I upload my blood work results? Open the app, go to Profile, and tap Upload Blood Work. You can enter values manually or upload a PDF or image of your lab report.

How do I export my data? Go to Settings inside the app, tap Privacy, then tap Export My Data. You will receive a copy of your data by email.

How do I delete my account? Go to Settings inside the app, tap Privacy, then tap Delete Account. This permanently removes your account and all associated data. You can also request deletion by emailing hello@fitra360.com.

Is my data private? Yes. Fitra360 is architected so your data is never sold and never used for advertising. Genetic and lab data are treated as the most sensitive information we handle. Read our full Privacy Policy.

The app is not working as expected. Email hello@fitra360.com with a brief description of the issue, your device model, and your iOS or Android version. Screenshots are helpful but not required.
