# Subprocessors

Fitra360 works with a small number of trusted service providers ("subprocessors") to operate the app. Each one is bound by contract to protect your data, use it only to provide our service, and never sell it or use it for advertising. This page lists every subprocessor that may process your data.

## Third-party AI service provider

OpenAI

Purpose: Generating your personalized wellness plan and reading the lab reports you upload.

Data processed: To create your plan, we send your health information to OpenAI. This includes profile details such as your name and date of birth, your analyzed DNA and blood work, your lifestyle inputs and symptoms, and the lab reports you choose to upload.

Protections: OpenAI uses this data only to generate your recommendations. Under its API terms, OpenAI does not use your data to train its models, and the data is not used for advertising or sold to anyone.

## Cloud and backend infrastructure

Supabase

Purpose: Securely storing and operating the app, including sign-in and your data.

Data processed: Your account information and health data, encrypted in transit and at rest, protected so that only you can access your own records.

## Keeping this current

If we add, remove, or change a subprocessor, we will update this page. Where the law requires it, we will also let you know in the app and ask for your consent again.
